What does pre-order mean?
The hoodie is in production. You lock in yours today, it ships within 1–2 weeks, then takes 8–14 business days to reach you in the US. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Cancel anytime before it ships for a full refund. Email support@mortalzips.com with your order number.
How do the bundles work?
Pick Buy 1, 2 or 3, then choose a size for each hoodie. Mix sizes however you want. 2 hoodies are $89.99 and 3 are $129.99.
What is Shipping Protection?
An optional $2.99 add-on. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it free, no questions asked. Damaged or wrong items are always covered, protection or not.
How does the mask work?
The mask is part of the hood. Pull the hood up and zip all the way to the top: the zip closes through the mask and stops below the eyes. Unzip and it's a regular full-zip hoodie.
What size should I get?
Relaxed, roomy fit. Compare a hoodie you own against the size chart. Want it oversized? Size up.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Pre-order by November 20 for the best shot at US delivery before Christmas.
Can I return it?
Yes. 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Wrong size? Email us and we'll sort an exchange.
