Before you zip up

What does pre-order mean?

The hoodie is in production. You lock in yours today, it ships within 2–3 weeks, then takes 8–14 business days to reach you in the US. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Cancel anytime before it ships and you get a full refund, no questions. Just email us your order number.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Pre-order by November 15 for the best shot at US delivery before Christmas. After that, we can't promise it.

How does the mask work?

The mask is part of the hood. Pull the hood up and run the zip all the way to the top: it closes through the printed mask and stops below the eye opening. Unzip to the collar and it wears like a regular full-zip hoodie.

What size should I get?

It runs relaxed and roomy. Check the chest measurement on the size chart against a hoodie you already own. Between sizes or want a closer fit? Size down.

Can I return it?

Yes. After delivery you have 30 days to return it unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Wrong size? Contact us and we'll sort an exchange.

Can I see and breathe with the mask zipped up?

Yes. The eye opening stays clear, and the mask is soft fabric, not a hard shell. Need air? Drop the zip a few inches.

How do I wash it?

Zip it up, turn it inside out, machine wash cold and hang dry. No bleach, no ironing on the prints, no tumble dry on high.
